50+ hours of set-up, 24 vendors (+ their talented teams), 7 ballerinas, 4 custom courses, 200+ roses, 95 bride-to-be’s and 1 day we’ll never forget.

On Sunday, March 27^th, 2022, Fleur de Lis Events hosted the third annual Luxe Bridal Brunch. The exquisite bridal brunch provides a unique opportunity for brides to connect with the most sought-after vendors in the industry.

While we couldn’t wait to welcome the bride-to-be’s and our industry partners, we were diligent with our health and safety screening. All guests were required to be fully vaccinated and show proof of vaccination. Following registration, guests walked through a luxurious entryway featuring chandeliers and soft white drapery, that opened to a bright and airy space that overlooked the Vancouver harbour. Guests and vendors connected and chatted over a signature cocktails during cocktail hour, featuring acoustics by Music by Adrienne.

The main event was hosted in the elegant Star Ballroom at Fairmont Pacific Rim, a space that was transformed into a space like no other. Every table was one-of-a-kind, together with all white glossy flooring and a white runway tied the room all together. Every detail was considered, from the velvet drapes to the silk napkins, black gold cutlery, custom designed gold foil stationary, and everything in between. The tall and short floral centrepieces were flawless, and the lavish chandeliers made a statement. The main event consisted of acoustic music, ballerinas dancing in custom dresses by OM Couture, showcasing exquisite jewellery, an experts panel featuring the most sought-after vendors in the wedding industry, and of course, the delectable champagne four-course brunch. The space, flow, and conversations fostered numerous designs and provided opulent wedding inspiration.

Of course, the bridal brunch would not have been possible if it wasn’t for our incredible team of vendors who worked tirelessly to bring our vision to life. Fleur de Lis Events is grateful to be at the helm of this inspiring community event.
