With wedding season springing ahead, a few brides have asked me for help seeking out the perfect shoe to complete their look. While white, silver, gold & even blue (reference Hangisi Jeweled pump, Manolo Blahnik) shoes have been worn in the past, nude shoes are also noteworthy. They are a fantastic choice, as the colour nude is an elegant but understated look, that is both modern & glamorous.
While shopping for shoes, keep in mind the length of your dress, as well as comfort! Be sure to take your time trying different styles (peep-toe vs. a classic pump), and take note of the heel (height). Comfort is key, as you’re likely to wear these shoes the entire day. And while I love a gorgeous high heel, try to stick to heights (heel) that you are confident with. After all, poise & grace are a must for any bride.
